My wife and I had a major issue with our brick front steps. Several of the bricks were loose because of crumbling mortar, and the whole thing was becoming unstable and a complete hazard. We called Fabio Master Mason, among other companies, and they were the only one to immediately take my call. They also came out the very next business day to review the situation. They provided multiple options and plenty of advice that allowed us to make an informed decision.
Shortly after we gave them the go-ahead, they had workers out to my house making repairs. They were responsive to my questions and concerns, and made every effort to address my comments midway through the project.
